The Program:

Runs of various distances will be organized for Saturday & Sunday. The running routes are picturesque and varied. Don’t feel like running - that’s fine too. Walking or cycling is optional.

YOGA FOR RUNNERS: Enjoy 4 yoga classes over the week-end. The classes will be a mix of relaxing and vigorous but all will be appropriate for novice and experienced students. Classes held in a beautiful Yurt overlooking the water.

Free time to explore the area’s many attractions or use it to curl up with your favourite book.

Delicious and satisfying vegetarian cuisine (ie., most people come back for the food!)
