Treat yourself to an active get-away that will leave you feeling relaxed and energized.
These retreats involves a 2 night stay, 4 yoga classes and 4 delicious meals. Enjoy a leisurely drive and arrive Friday afternoon, in time for a restorative and relaxing yoga class followed by a delicious dinner. Enjoy running, walking, cycling in the clean country air, a vigorous yoga classes designed specifically for your needs. They will be vigorous, with always an element of fun thrown in. Delicious and ample vegetarian food shared with like-minded colleagues, great conversation,laughter or quiet time for refllection. You will enjoy ample free time by curling up with your favourite book or take walks on scenic paths. You will leave feeling energized and refreshed!
The Program:

Runs of various distances will be organized for Saturday & Sunday. The running routes are picturesque and varied. Don’t feel like running - that’s fine too. Walking or cycling is optional.

YOGA FOR RUNNERS: Enjoy 4 yoga classes over the week-end. The classes will be a mix of relaxing and vigorous but all will be appropriate for novice and experienced students.

Free time to explore the area’s attractions or use it to curl up with your favourite book.
•
Delicious and satisfying vegetarian cuisine (ie., most people come back for the food!)

An option for this retreat is add an extra day and arrive Thursday evening for 3 nights accommodation and an additional brunch and yoga class on Friday. If you have the time, this makes for an even more relaxing stay.
